Crane Hire Specialists
Spider Crane Hire
Compact, versatile lifting for the spaces a conventional crane simply can't reach.
Compact Cranes
Precision Lifting in the Tightest of Spaces
Spider cranes deliver impressive lifting capacity in locations where access, height restrictions, or confined conditions rule out a conventional mobile crane.
When a standard crane can't get to the load, a spider crane can. Lightweight, compact, and remarkably capable, spider cranes are designed to operate in environments that would stop a conventional crane in its tracks — indoors, on slopes, through standard doorways, and on surfaces that couldn't bear the weight of a larger machine. At Lift-Rigg UK, we hire spider cranes with experienced, CPCS-accredited operators who know how to get the best out of this specialist equipment.
Whether you're installing machinery in a factory, lifting materials inside a building, or working in a restricted outdoor space, our spider crane hire service delivers precision lifting wherever you need it.
Why Choose Lift-Rigg UK
-
Works Where Others Can't
Spider cranes are built for restricted access - narrow doorways, tight corridors, indoor spaces, and sloped or uneven ground are no obstacle for this specialist kit.
-
Impressive Capacity, Minimal Footprint
Don't let the compact size fool you. Spider cranes deliver serious lifting capacity relative to their dimensions, making them ideal for demanding lifts in constrained environments.
-
Reduced Risk of Surface Damage
Their lightweight construction and low ground pressure make spider cranes the responsible choice for sensitive floors, finished surfaces, and areas where heavier plant would cause damage.
-
Operated by Specialist Crews
Spider crane operation requires specific skills and experience. Our CPCS-accredited operators are trained and practiced in getting the most out of this equipment, safely and efficiently.
